These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PulmoLearn. "You" refers to the individual accessing the platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use PulmoLearn. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. PulmoLearn is designed for respiratory therapists, allied health students, and healthcare professionals.
Use of PulmoLearn is void where prohibited by applicable law.
To access course content, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:
Each account is for a single individual. Sharing your account credentials with others is not permitted.
Access to PulmoLearn's course library requires a one-time purchase. Upon successful payment, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the purchased content.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment card details.
Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect access already purchased.
PulmoLearn may issue voucher codes that grant free or discounted access to the platform. The following conditions apply to voucher codes:
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with PulmoLearn within 7 days of your purchase, contact us at hello@pulmolearn.com for a full refund — no questions asked.
After 7 days, purchases are non-refundable. Refunds are not available for accounts where a significant portion of the content has been accessed, at our reasonable discretion.
Accounts granted access via voucher code are not eligible for cash refunds.
You agree to use PulmoLearn only for its intended educational purpose. You must not:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
All content on PulmoLearn — including lesson text, diagrams, illustrations, structure, design, and code — is owned by PulmoLearn and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Your purchase grants you a personal license to access and view the content for your own learning. It does not transfer ownership of any content to you.
You may take personal notes and use the knowledge gained from our lessons in your professional practice, but you may not reproduce or distribute the content itself.
Educational content only. PulmoLearn provides educational information for learning purposes. Nothing on this platform is intended to constitute medical advice, clinical guidance, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. You should always apply your own professional training and judgment in clinical settings.
No guarantee of outcomes. We make no guarantee that use of PulmoLearn will result in passing any exam, obtaining any credential, or improving clinical performance.
Platform availability. We aim to keep PulmoLearn available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PulmoLearn and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of PulmoLearn shall not exceed the amount you paid for access in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@pulmolearn.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, without prior notice and without refund. Upon termination, your right to access course content ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of PulmoLearn after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For significant changes, we will notify registered users by email.
